Aqua Lily Products, LLC has several methods for you to place an order. Make sure to record your order number. This will help you in tracking your order.
Internet Web Site – We are open 24 hours a day for you. Follow the easy check out procedures and get your order in now. You will receive an email confirmation shortly after placing your order. Please review it and verify that your order is correct. If any changes are required, please call our Customer Service Dept. at +1 (844) 669-3820 during regular business hours. Orders can process quickly and at times it may be too late to make any changes.
Phone-In – Monday thru Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm EST. Talk to our knowledgeable Sales Staff for help on picking the right parts. We can help you with some of the hardest questions. Call us at +1 (844) 669-3820.
FAX – With the proliferation of the internet, we do not currently offer fax services, we can however receive e-faxes to our e-mail address AquaLilyPad@Yahoo.com. Include all part numbers, quantities, and current billing and credit card information. You will receive a phone confirmation within 24-72 hours after placing your order to verify that your order is correct. Brochure – Use the Aqua Lily Products, LLC brochure to prepare your order. Include the payment in form of a check, money order or include your credit card information. Mail this to 4485 Glenbrook Rd. Willoughby, Oh 44094 and we will process your order upon receipt. Please be aware that some brochure items have limited stock and may sell out. Please include accurate phone numbers so we can contact you if necessary.

Sorry, COD orders are available for authorized Aqua Lily Products, LLC Dealers only.
International Wire Transfer – Please contact us for further information on this payment method. No COD without prior authorization.

Do we ship internationally?
Yes, we will ship from our representatives in a select few countries. Those representatives will contact you directly to update you on their domestic programs for our products. (Website will not except international credit cards, please call +1 (844) 669-3820 to place an order or e-mail us with your contact and location information so we can direct your request to the appropriate representative). International Countries currently serviced, Canada, Europe and Australia.

An email with tracking information will be sent within 48 hours of product shipment. Back orders will receive an email or phone call with expected delivery time.

What is Aqua Lily Products, LLC shipping cut-off time?
Orders are shipped between 3 - 5 Business days from when the orders are received via FedEx Ground for Aqua Lily Pads and LTL for Bull Frog products. Expedited shipping can be arranged.
How long before I receive my order?
Aqua Lily Products, LLC uses FedEx for most lower 48 U.S. state deliveries and various LTL carriers when necessary.
FedEx Ground allows - 2 to 7 business days for delivery.
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, weekends don’t count.
Saturday deliveries are available at extra cost only for Next Day packages shipped on Friday.
