The review keeps disappearing after
"The review keeps disappearing after I type out a bit. Quite annoying. The parts came just as I ordered them, however I was unable to remove the old inserts. The parts did not come with instructions on how to remove old inserts. I would've liked to have changed out the whole kit but after trying & failing, I only changed out the cord. I also wish that you guys just sold the cord & not the whole kit. $45 when all you need is the cord is quite a lot."
