Order Information
1. How do I place an order?
We are open 24 hours a day for you. Follow the easy check-out procedures and get your order in now. You will receive an email confirmation shortly after placing your order.
Please review it and verify that your order is correct. If any changes are required, please email our Customer Service Team at customerservice@aqualilypad.com Orders are usually processed within 48 hours so it may be too late to make any changes. Please keep in mind that during peak times, it may take longer for us to process and ship your order.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
Aqua Lily Products only accepts credit card payments.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Sorry, we do not accept COD.
3. When will my credit card be charged?
Credit Cards orders will be charged at the time the order is placed. You can cancel an order at any time before shipment, at no cost to you, by emailing our Customer Service Team by calling 888-415-5677 or emailing us at customerservice@aqualilypad.com
4. My order has a pricing error, what should I do?

5. How do I check the status of my order?
For most website orders, an email with tracking information will be sent within 48 hours of product shipment. During peak times, we may need up to 7 days to fill an order. After the order has departed from our warehouse, it could take up to 10 days for you to receive your order.
6. Do you accept returns?
If you are not satisfied or a mistake has been made in your shipment, contact our Customer Service within 3 days of your product arrival. Please visit our Returns page for all the necessary details and instructions.
7. Is there a warranty on your products?
The Aqua Lily Pad comes with a one-year limited warranty. Read full details in our Warranty section.
8. Can I place an order in the US, but ship to my Canadian address?
Aqua Lily can ship an order that is pay for in the United States but is shipped to my Canadian address. Cross-Boarder orders do not qualify for free shipping or other promotions. Please contact our customer service team at customerservice@aqualilypad.com for more information.
Shipping Information
1. How do I track my order?
For most website orders, customers will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. Sometimes the email ends up in your spam folder, so check to see if this occurred before contact us. You can also Login to check order status or reach our Customer Service Team at customerservice@aqualilypad.com.
2. What is Aqua Lily Pad's shipping cur-off time?
Orders are processed and shipped between 2 to 5 business days from when the orders are received via UPS, or LTL. After the package leaves our warehouse, UPS can deliver our packages between 2 to10 business days depending on the destination. LTL shipments can be between 3 – 15 business days before delivery.
3. How long before I receive my order?
Aqua Lily Products uses UPS for most lower 48 United States deliveries and various LTL carriers when necessary. For Canadian orders, we ship via Canpar.
We ship using UPS Ground and this can take 2 to 10 business days for delivery after your order leaves our warehouse. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, weekends don’t count. LTL shipments can take up to 10 business days or longer for your package to be delivered. Please keep in mind that during peak times, your order may take up to 7 days for us to process and ship. Expedited shipping CANNOT be arranged.
4. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we will ship from our representatives in a select few countries. Those representatives will contact you directly to update you on their domestic programs for our products. Our website will not except international credit cards.

5. How do you handle backorders?
Infrequently demand for a product will exceed our stock inventory levels. Aqua Lily Products will inform customers of any back ordered items. If one item on an order is in back order status, the order will be on hold until all items can be shipped at once.
Product Information
1. What material is the Aqua Lily Pad made from?
We manufacture our products with marine grade Cross-Linked Polyethene foam. This type of material has an extra carbon bond between polymer chains which minimizes water absorption and sun damage. This makes Aqua Lily Pads stronger with greater durability and longevity. Some competitors resort to “closed cell” foam in their construction, to save on cost and ultimately make an inferior product that is less durable, less buoyant and prone to UV damage.
2. Are the pads safe?
Our floating mats are the safest water toy your family can ask for. No sharp edges, no harsh materials, low in VOCs, and unsinkable! (limit of 900 lbs. – 1800 lbs. of distributed weight, depending on the type, length and construction of the pad purchased).
3. How do I use one and store it afterwards?
Our products come with the simplest instructions; simply unroll and enjoy!
When you’re done, roll it up and secure it with the included cinch straps.
For extra protection, add one of our custom storage bags that come with venting and drainage to keep your product dry and bacteria-free.
For long term storage, we recommend using a storage bag that can be purchased on our website. The closed-cell, cross-linked foam is very tolerant to extreme temperatures. Caution must be used to prevent small animals and insects from chewing on the foam and causing damage.
4. Will the product have roll memory after a long time of being unused?
Our proprietary FlexCore technology and manufacturing processes allow us to create pads with very little roll memory. After it lies flat, the pad will conform to the position it is in and will remain flat. Our 3-layer mats don’t have FlexCore but are heavier and use a sturdy black dense core for increased durability and buoyancy which in turn, also resists roll memory.
5. What is FlexCore Technology?
Our 2-layer pads are the lightest and most durable pads on the market. This is attributed to our heavy investment in incorporating a proprietary fusion grid layer that adds reinforcement, and durability and imparts a rip-stop feature to the pads. Read more on our FlexCore Technology.
6. What sizes do you have available, how much do they weigh, and how much weight can the pads hold?
You have to stack people on the pad to get them to sink below the surface of the water. Consider that each adult person takes up approx. 2 ft. of space across the pad. As such, our pads can float 5 –11 adults, depending on the chosen length. This equates to supporting 900 – 1,800 lbs. of distributed weight pursuant to pad length and construction.

- ALP 12’ weighs 20 lbs. Accommodates 5-6 adults or 750-900 lbs. of distributed weight.
- ALP 15’ weighs 25 lbs. Accommodates 7-8 adults or 1,050-1,200 lbs. of distributed weight.
- ALP 18’ weighs 36 lbs. Accommodates 9-10 adults or 1,350-1,500 lbs. of distributed weight.
7. What can I do on the pads?
Your imagination is the limit with our products. The Aqua Lily Pad isand Bullfrog Lily Pad are designed to withstand playing, running, roughhousing or horseplay, rolling, diving, and of course relaxing!
8. What are my color options?
Our Aqua Lily Pads are Green on one side and Yellow on the other. Our Bullfrog Lily Pads are Green on one side and Yellow on the other. Our Maui Mats are Teal on one side and Orange on the other.
9. Can I customize the length & thickness of the pads?
Yes, special order requests for longer and/or thicker pads are available with Truck Load Minimums of around 350 pads. Please contact our customer service to place an order. +1 (888) 415-5677. Available Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm EST
10. Can I put my own label on the pads?
Yes, however, there is a Truck Load minimum order quantity. Please visit ourPrivate Label Inquiry Page for more information and form submission.
11. What other products do you offer?
We offer a variety of floating fun water products, from kickboards, smaller single persons, or pads for 2 people (Double Pad). Vinyl Coated Pool Floats, and Inflatable Floats. Visit our main category page to find these products.
12. Where do you manufacture your products?
All of our Aqua Lily Pads are Made in the USA with US sourced materials. We are located in Elkhart, IN.
