Warranty

Every Aqua Lily Pad is backed by a one-year limited warranty from your purchase date, covering defects in materials and workmanship. Hook and loop straps and bungee clips are eligible for one-time replacement.

Normal wear, UV fading, and damage from jumping are not covered. To file a claim, visit our warranty page.

"The lily pad itself is great, but I was disappointed in their customer service. When I received the product a piece of the foam was cut out from the strap digging into it; it was the first thing I noticed when I pulled the lily pad out of the box. I emailed customer that night and they never responded—they just randomly sent me a “tear repair kit” which would literally do nothing to help. For how much money spent, I really would’ve appreciated a follow up."
