We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
To start a return, complete the Return Request Form on our returns page to get your RMA number — required on all returned items.
Warranty
Every Aqua Lily Pad is backed by a one-year limited warranty from your purchase date, covering defects in materials and workmanship. Hook and loop straps and bungee clips are eligible for one-time replacement.
Normal wear, UV fading, and damage from jumping are not covered. To file a claim, visit our warranty page.
